How it works...
UNLOAD THE TRUCK - Take all the food from on the truck and bring it inside to be sorted and displayed
SORT THE FOOD - Take the food from the truck and sort it by type. Take each type and display them on the tables so similar foods are by each other.
CALL TICKET NUMBERS - By this point all the families have received a ticket and are waiting to be called. Random Number Generator determines the order. This is to prevent families arriving extremely early.
CHECKOUT - Once families have filled up their bags with the food they want, they present a card they received before shopping to officially checkout. At checkout government provided food as well as their bags are placed in a cart.
CART TO CAR - Once the family is done at checkout, volunteers bring the cart and belongings to the family's car. The volunteer moves the food from the cart to the car. This process is done for each family.
BREAK DOWN AND CLEAN UP - Once all the families have been served, the excess food is loaded back on to the truck, tables are broken down, and chairs put back into rows. (Takes place in a church worship space)
